Since 1994, Brian Torres has practiced law in Miami, Florida, as a member of the Florida Bar. Brian’s legal practice involves (1) resolving commercial disputes for business clients in litigation and arbitration, and (2) counseling entrepreneurs and start-ups as “outside general counsel” to anticipate and meet legal needs as their businesses grow, as well as to minimize risk and avoid litigation. Brian has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer-review rating of “AV Preeminent” for his legal ability and adherence to ethical standards, and he was selected in the category of Commercial Litigation as one of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in 2022, a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of Florida’s lawyers.
